We are currently looking for a Domestic Account Executive to join our domestic B2C sales team.
As part of Your NRG’s Domestic B2C Sales team, you will play an important role in supporting the business’ continued success and growth. The role will focus on prospecting, converting, and managing domestic homeowner prospects and customers across all regional depots, primarily through telesales, with marketing support. As a key member of the team, you’ll be responsible for building strong relationships, and delivering exceptional customer service throughout the sales lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect new and lapsed sales opportunities through telesales
- Develop and manage a sales pipeline to ensure consistent lead generation and conversion.
- Build and manage the customer base by providing ongoing support, ensuring high levels of
satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for cross-selling. - Maximise margins through effective pricing and negotiation, ensuring both competitive
offerings and profitability. - Act as the point of contact for customers, resolving any issues or concerns promptly.
- Liaise with Credit and Transport teams to ensure orders are processed and delivered on
time. - Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with customers.
- Keep accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and client interactions in the CRM
system. - Provide feedback and insights to the management team for continuous improvement of the
sales and pricing strategies

customer demographic Proven ability to identify, prospect, and convert new business in a
competitive marketplace. - Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Ability to effectively manage a sales pipeline, ensuring lead generation, conversion, and
customer base growth. - Competence in building long-lasting relationships by providing support, and ensuring
customer satisfaction across a broad demographic. - Proactive approach to addressing potential problems before they escalate.
- Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to balance service with profitability.
- Experience working cross-functionally with internal teams (such as Credit and Transport) to
ensure smooth order processing and timely deliveries. - Strong skills in CRM systems for tracking and managing sales activities, customer
interactions, and reporting on sales performance
