Terms and Conditions - Remote Tank Monitoring
- Responsibility for Tank Monitors
Your NRG shall not be held responsible for any faults, malfunctions, inaccuracies, or failures relating to tank monitoring equipment or systems.
- Access to Tank Monitor Data
The only approved method for viewing and monitoring tank levels is via the Smart NRG mobile or web application. Your NRG does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to this application.
- Third-Party Equipment and Support
All tank monitoring equipment is supplied and/or maintained by third-party providers. Any enquiries, technical issues, faults, or service requests relating to tank monitors must be directed exclusively to Kingspan or the relevant equipment manufacturer.
- Customer Responsibility for Tank Levels
The customer remains fully responsible for regularly checking tank levels and ensuring sufficient fuel supply at all times.
Your NRG shall not be held liable for any situations where a tank runs empty, including (but not limited to) cases caused by:
- Tank monitor faults or inaccuracies
- Communication or connectivity issues
- App failures or delays in data updates
- No Liability for Loss or Damage
Your NRG accepts no liability for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses arising from:
- Failure of tank monitoring systems
- Inaccurate level readings
- Delays in data transmission
- Tanks running out of fuel
This includes, but is not limited to, operational disruption, financial loss, or damage to equipment.
- Maintenance and Care of Equipment
Customers are responsible for ensuring that tank monitoring equipment:
- Is not tampered with or damaged
- Is used in accordance with manufacturer instructions
- Has adequate power supply and network coverage where applicable
Failure to meet these requirements may affect monitor performance and accuracy.
- Service Availability Disclaimer
Your NRG does not warrant that the Smart NRG app or associated monitoring services will:
- Be available at all times
- Be free from errors or interruptions
- Provide real-time or fully accurate readings
- Amendments
Your NRG reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be made available through appropriate communication channels.
