Your NRG Awards Evening 2023

Here at Your NRG, we value and acknowledge the hard work and dedication of our staff. Our team’s commitment to providing an outstanding 5-star service deserves recognition and celebration - and what’s better than to celebrate together? Our recent awards evening was a night not to be forgotten, with lots of camaraderie, fun, and laughter!

Your NRG’s core values, abbreviated to ‘ACHIEVE’, were the centre of attention, with members of staff being celebrated for their devotion and efforts toward upholding our ‘ACHIEVE’ values.

The awards evening presented an opportunity for the Your NRG family to get together and have fun! Staff from each depot met at Bawtry Hall, dressed to the nines, and spent the night celebrating, laughing, and partying. After the awards ceremony, we were surprised by singing waiters (secretly and sneakily arranged by the Marketing Department), with many joining in with the professionals in an almighty karaoke. 

Our annual awards evening was a remarkable celebration of the past year and the achievements of every individual at Your NRG. We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to every team member who helped to make the night a great success.
