The Future is YourNRG

For over 50 years, liquid fuels have been a popular choice for heating and warming homes, and generating power and energy in industry, transport and agriculture for our Oil NRG customers. However, in order to tackle climate change and achieve the UK’s Net Zero target, we all need to begin the transitional journey from fossil fuels. 

So, as we did with our transition from coal to oil, Oil NRG must continue to move to cleaner fuels of the future to help reduce our carbon footprint, and with it, transitioning to Your NRG.

Oil NRG’s mission is to help the UK Government deliver ‘next-generation fuels’ by working together with our Oil NRG stakeholders, colleagues, suppliers, and customers to build a sustainable service with ‘purpose’ throughout the supply chain. The future fuels that we are already delivering using our growing fleet of road tankers will be cleaner, greener and made from fossil-free, certified sustainable waste materials, reducing all of our carbon emissions, in some cases by almost 90% compared to existing fuels.

And, whilst we won’t notice the difference, we will be creating a pathway to a better environment for all communities with future fuels running just as efficiently. Only by understanding that we deliver more than just our products; warming our communities and providing the power to keep industry, commercial and agricultural customers moving can Oil NRG successfully transition to Net Zero by 2050.
